Setup is done via Typical page content : Text

After setting up this element - further editing can be done in the General tab. This element consists of the heading field, the size can be changed by the Type field and additionally a link can be set and a subheading. Furthermore there are the known functions and a text with the formatting possibilities of the rich text editor.
